A: Once you have registered, our case handlers will get back to you within 24 hours and provide you with login details.

A: Yes! We have it all sorted for you to simply start using. All experts are Medco registered! We verify qualifications, certifications and GMC registration of the experts.

A: We are 100% compliant with the Data Protection Act of 1998. Please contact us for data protection certificate and other details.

A: YES, absolutely. We do not share yours or your client details with any third party.

A: As per usage terms, only Solicitors can register with Direct.Expert. No other third party is authorized to register or use the system. However, you can use our system Medislots (http://www.medislots.co.uk/) if you are a Medicolegal Agency to register and book with experts.

A: As per usage terms, you are bound to keep your login information to yourself or within your company. You cannot share your user details with any third party even if they are in similar business as you. However, you are more than welcome to invite them to join Direct.Expert free for solicitors and a 3 month free trial for Medco registered experts.

A: Direct.Expert is an appointment booking system, only. We are not responsible for the dealings between solicitors and experts. Please ensure that you have clarified terms with the expert or solicitor firm and have necessary contractual documentation in place. Direct.Expert takes no responsibility of breach of contracts between experts and solicitor firms.
